Pineapple Coconut Turkey Curry
Coriander-Coconut Chicken and Rice
This is a wonderful 1 skillet meal that is full of flavor. It also can be on the table in 45 minutes making it a great weeknight meal while still getting the flavor as though you were prepping for much longer.
Autumnal Chicken and Apple Clanger
This is a very different take on a classic Bedfordshire Clanger, using poultry filling. It is such a complete meal that doesn't even need utensils! While many don't need the practicality of a clanger to bring out into the fields for a long day's work, they are perfect for bringing to the office and having a mid-day hearty meal.
Sticky Ginger Lime Turkey with Caviar Limes
This dish was created to highlight beautiful caviar or finger limes and the sous vide just took it up a level! The yummy pairing of ginger and lime is a classic combo but using finger limes gives floral notes as well as the great texture "pop" of the caviar. Don't have finger limes? Don’t have a sous vide? No worries as traditional lime as well as quick-cook directions are also given.
Mediterranean Turkey
This lemony dish is taken up a notch by being paired with a Mediterranean Spice Blend, as well as some typical ingredients from the region. A departure from my typical as it is a recipe that can rely on prepared foods if you wish!
